P K Airsystem Services clean and service charges (wall split system air conditioner)
Basic clean and service of wall split system air conditioner (units which are under 1- 2 years old)
- $90 + GST for the first unit
- 60 + GST for any extra units

Includes:
- Filter clean
- Flushing the condensate drain (to prevent water leaks)
- Spraying antibacterial and mould coil cleaner on the indoor unit without taking the casing off. (Prevents mould from happening, improves the air quality, reduces airborne bacteria and allergies)
- Check refrigerant (level of gas)
- Function check (cooling or heating)
- Check condenser (outdoor unit)
- Around 20 mins is spend on a Basic Clean & Service
Extra costs may apply if your unit is:
- Relatively dirty
- Hasn’t been serviced for 3 or more years
- Extremely dirty with visible mould growing inside
- Needs a complete strip and clean (requires case removal and full cleaning of all parts)
- Outside unit condenser coil is blocked and needs a full clean (occurs when pet hair blocks the airflow over time)

Basic clean and service of ducted air conditioning system (homes which have good roof space/access to the roof)
- $200 + GST
- (10Km From the Albany Creek) if Outside this Area Cost could be More .
Includes:
- Filter clean
- Flushing the condensate drain (to prevent water leaks)

- Check if all zones are working
- Check refrigerant (level of gas)
- Function check (cooling or heating)
- Check condenser (outdoor unit)
- Around 1 hour is spend on a Basic Clean & Service of a Ducted System
