Wall Split System Air Conditioner – Basic Clean & Service
Keep your air conditioner running efficiently with our professional basic clean and service. This service is ideal for air conditioners that have been regularly maintained and are in generally clean condition.
Pricing
- $160 + GST – First wall split system
- $80 + GST – Each additional wall split system at the same property
Pricing applies to properties within approximately 10 km of Albany Creek. Travel charges may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
What's Included
- Clean washable air filters
- Flush the condensate drain to help prevent water leaks
- Apply an antibacterial and mould treatment to the indoor evaporator coil (without removing the casing) to help:
- Reduce mould growth
- Improve indoor air quality
- Reduce airborne bacteria and allergens
- Check refrigerant levels
- Test cooling and heating operation
- Inspect the outdoor condenser unit
- Complete an overall operational and performance check
A standard basic clean and service typically takes approximately 20 minutes per system.
Additional Charges May Apply If
- The unit requires more than a standard clean due to excessive dirt or dust.
- The system has not been serviced for three years or more.
- There is excessive mould contamination inside the indoor unit.
- A complete strip and clean is required, including removal of the casing and thorough cleaning of internal components.
- The outdoor condenser coil is blocked with dirt, leaves, debris or pet hair and requires a deep clean to restore correct airflow.

Keep your ducted air conditioning system operating efficiently with our professional basic clean and service. This service is ideal for systems that have been regularly maintained, are in generally clean condition, and have safe, accessible roof space.

$300 + GST – Per ducted air conditioning system
Pricing applies to properties within approximately 10 km of Albany Creek. Travel charges may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
What's Included
- Clean or inspect return air filters (where accessible)
- Flush the condensate drain to help prevent water leaks
- Apply an antibacterial and mould treatment to the indoor evaporator coil (without removing the casing) to help:
- Reduce mould growth
- Improve indoor air quality
- Reduce airborne bacteria and allergens
- Check operation of all air conditioning zones
- Check refrigerant levels
- Test cooling and heating operation
